Our "affiliates" are a group of companies related to us through common control or ownership ("affiliates"). In accordance with Hong Kong law, as a normal part of conducting business with you, we may obtain information about you from our affiliates, such as when you link your CBF account to your wallet account so that we can provide our affiliates' services to you.

If you link your CBF account to your wallet account, we may share your information with our affiliates as a normal part of business conduct and to provide you with products and services.
We will never sell or rent your information to third parties. You can manage your preferences in your CBF account. You can also manage connected accounts in the settings.
Any communications we send you will be related to your account or the services. If we send you any communications unrelated to your account, we will provide you with an "unsubscribe" mechanism through which you can opt out of receiving similar messages in the future.
We do not allow third-party banner ads on CBF wallets, but if we do, we will update this policy.
If you use your account to transact with other users, that user will have access to your transaction information. Users you interact with may store or reshare your information within and outside of our services. However, we do not store your transaction information.

We also allow users to back up their private keys to their iCloud or Google Drive accounts. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. However, in certain circumstances (such as to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate purposes), we may not be able to fulfill your deletion request. If you continue to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
This agreement is interpreted by CBF operators and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
